Creating Inclusive, Neuroaffirming Workplaces & Schools

We offer a structured learning journey, beginning with an introduction to neurodiversity and progressing through accommodations and safety, neuroaffirming practices, building supportive teams, and harnessing neurodiverse strengths in schools and workplaces. Our sessions help organisations move beyond awareness into action, equipping teams with practical strategies to create truly inclusive environments.

Support Beyond Training

We provide individual coaching to help neurodivergent employees, students, and leaders build structure, confidence, and sustainable ways of working. Our independent HR and staff support offers guidance to schools and organisations looking to improve workplace or classroom inclusion. Funding assistance is also available for both employers and employees, making ongoing support more accessible.
